Can I send my report by email or WhatsApp?
Do not send records with a public administrative enquiry. Enrolled participants follow the agreed support and clinical submission arrangements; ask for the permitted route before sharing health information.
Can I walk in without booking?
Office visits require prior appointment confirmation. Please arrange the visit before travelling.
How do I request cancellation or a refund?
Email contact@drgovindrathod.com with your name, service and payment or booking reference. The applicable rules are in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
What if my email application does not open?
Copy contact@drgovindrathod.com into your email service and write a short enquiry with a clear subject.
Will a WhatsApp message confirm my appointment?
No. Appointment details must be confirmed through the booking process. A message or enquiry alone does not secure a slot.
