Programs · Improve & Maintain

Turn understanding
into steady action.

After the compulsory quiz and Doctor Review, explore the 90-Day Improvement Program. Annual Membership is the maintenance stage after completing that program.

Program entry depends on suitability and availability. An assessment does not automatically enrol you.

Your improvement and maintenance stages

Improve first. Maintain after completion.

Improve

90-Day Cardio-Metabolic Improvement Program

A defined period to work on agreed priorities and practical routines, with progress reviewed against your starting point.

  • Reset · days 1–21.
  • Build · days 22–60.
  • Prove · days 61–90.

Complete the separate ₹2,499 Doctor Review before the 90-Day Program. The program includes three further doctor consultations, each 30–60 minutes, plus daily coaching and weekly coach reviews.

Maintain

Annual Membership

A longer-term framework for reviewing trends, maintaining useful routines and discussing changing needs.

  • Agreed ongoing review arrangements.
  • Maintenance priorities and progress tracking.
  • A clear route for questions and next-step review.

Available only after completing the 90-Day Program. Includes 12 monthly doctor consultations of up to 30 minutes, daily coach support and progress reviews.

Program fees include taxes. The baseline Doctor Review is separate from the 90-Day fee. The final program review is the membership baseline; a new ₹2,499 review is not required solely to join.

Inside the 90-day journey

Reset. Build. Prove.

One program with three phases. The goals and activities are adapted to your agreed plan.

01

Reset

Days 1–21

Use the baseline established before commencement to clarify priorities and choose realistic first actions.

02

Build

Days 22–60

Work on repeatable routines that fit your meals, activity, sleep and work schedule.

03

Prove

Days 61–90

Review the agreed measures, what changed and what needs further support.

“Prove” means reviewing evidence of progress. It does not promise a particular result or reversal of disease.

Longer-term support

Maintain progress as life changes.

Review the trend

Look beyond a single result. Discuss agreed measures over time, changes in routines and questions that arise between reviews.

The review schedule and what is included are confirmed before membership begins.

Keep the plan relevant

Maintenance needs may change with your work, health or personal circumstances. Use the agreed review process to discuss those changes.

Membership does not imply unlimited consultations, continuous monitoring or emergency access.

Common questions

Before you decide.

Do I need to complete the free quiz first?

Yes. You may enquire directly, but the compulsory quiz and separate Doctor Review must be completed before the 90-Day Program starts.

Does buying an assessment enrol me in a program?

No. Program enrollment is a separate decision with its own scope, terms and suitability review.

Must I finish the 90-day program before membership?

Yes. Annual Membership is available only after completing the 90-Day Improvement Program. The final program review provides its baseline.

How often will I meet the doctor?

The 90-Day Program includes three doctor consultations, each 30–60 minutes. Annual Membership includes 12 monthly consultations, up to 30 minutes each. Final reviews are included in those counts.

Are tests and medicines included?

Confirm the exact inclusions and exclusions before joining. Do not assume laboratory tests or medicines are included in the program fee.

Are results guaranteed?
