Why this approach

More information should lead to more clarity.

You may have blood reports, blood pressure readings, weight measurements and advice from different sources. The difficult question is often: “What matters most for me, and what should I do next?”

My approach is to bring the relevant information together, explain its limits and agree priorities in the context of your health history and working life.

Understand your health. Know what matters. Take the right next step.

My approach

From information to a practical next step.

01

Understand the picture

Connect available measurements, reports, medical history and daily routines. Identify missing or older information.

02

Choose the priority

Explain what stands out and what needs further discussion or review, rather than treating every number in isolation.

03

Agree the next step

Choose a practical action and a suitable review plan. Revisit progress using the agreed information.

Interpretation depends on the information available. An unassessed area should not be treated as normal.

Medicine and working life

A plan needs to fit the person.

The clinical context

Your history, current medicines, relevant measurements and questions help shape the discussion. A quiz alone does not replace physician assessment.

The aim is to make the reasoning understandable and keep the scope of care clear.

The everyday context

Shift patterns, travel, meals, activity, sleep and responsibilities can affect how a plan works in practice.

Occupational health brings the work environment into the conversation, alongside your individual health needs.

Professional background

A perspective across medicine, work and care delivery.

Medicine

MBBS — medical training as the foundation for physician care.

Occupational health

AFIH — occupational health training that brings workplace context into the discussion.

Healthcare management

MBA (Healthcare Management) — a perspective on organising services and defining responsibilities.

The care pathway

Understand. Improve. Maintain.

Maintain

After completing the 90-Day Program, consider ₹65,000 Annual Membership for ongoing review and maintenance.

Common questions

Before choosing a service.

Do I have to take the quiz before seeing a doctor?

Yes. Complete the 12-question quiz before Doctor Review. You may browse or enquire directly, and you do not need to buy the ₹499 assessment first.

Will you personally review my free quiz result?

The generated quiz result is not a physician consultation or evidence of individual physician review. Doctor Review is the service for physician interpretation and discussion.

Can I ask for medication changes through Contact?

The public contact channel is for administrative questions. Medication decisions require appropriate clinical assessment and advice through the designated care workflow.

Can my employer receive my personal health report?

Individual health information is not provided to HR through the workforce support service. Any employer-level reporting is separately agreed and should use appropriate aggregate information.
