Terms of Use & Services

These Terms explain the use of drgovindrathod.com, app.drgovindrathod.com and the professional services provided by Dr. Govind Rathod.

Please read these Terms and the relevant service details before using the quiz or purchasing a service. The Privacy Policy → explains information handling; the Refunds and Cancellation Policy → explains cancellation and refund arrangements.

1. Operator and scope

Both websites are operated by Dr. Govind Rathod, who provides the professional services described here. Medical consultations are provided from his office, with the consultation format agreed for the selected service.

These Terms apply to website use, the free quiz and services booked directly with us. A written service confirmation or corporate engagement agreement may add specific scope, fees and delivery arrangements. Such agreements do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Eligibility and your information

Individual services are for adults aged 18 years or older who are located in India. Book and use individual services for yourself only; bookings on behalf of another person are not accepted. Corporate enquiries may be made by authorised representatives of an organisation.

Provide accurate and relevant information, including report dates and units where requested. Do not guess unknown values or submit another person’s records. Tell the doctor about relevant conditions, medicines and changes needed for the assessment.

Identity, age and location may need to be confirmed before clinical care. Availability across India does not mean that every service or consultation format is suitable in every case.

3. Agreement and service confirmation

By using the websites or quiz, you agree to the Terms relevant to that use. For a paid service, the scope, fee and relevant policies are provided before payment and service confirmation.

A website visit, quiz completion, enquiry or payment request alone does not confirm a consultation or program place. A booking is confirmed after payment is verified and the agreed service arrangements are communicated.

Where clinical care is involved, the necessary consent is obtained separately through the care workflow. These Terms are not a substitute for informed clinical consent.

4. Services and delivery timing

For Doctor Review, the consultation format, duration, follow-up and any preparation requirements are explained and agreed before you commit to the service. Booking and review dates are confirmed separately.

Required missing or unclear information must be resolved before an assessment is treated as complete. If a technical issue or other disruption affects delivery, we will communicate the revised arrangements. This does not remove applicable cancellation, refund or other legal rights.

5. Clinical limits and urgent care

The free quiz and general website content provide awareness and education. They do not diagnose a condition, replace an examination or establish that an unassessed area is normal.

Individual clinical decisions depend on physician assessment and the information available. A doctor may request further information, recommend an in-person examination or advise another appropriate service where remote review is unsuitable.

Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable professional requirements. Purchasing a service does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medicine, medical certificate or specific outcome.

No cure, disease reversal, medication withdrawal or other clinical result is guaranteed. Do not start, stop or change prescribed treatment solely on the basis of the quiz or general website content.

6. Quiz reports and clinical records

Complete the required quiz and download your report. Any enquiry slip is an administrative aid, not a booking. Check the current application notice for account, storage and access arrangements before submitting information.

Save your report before leaving the result page. Do not assume that later retrieval is available. The current privacy notice must explain retention and technical processing. An enquiry slip is not a payment receipt or confirmation of service.

This quiz arrangement does not mean that all website technical information, correspondence or paid-service clinical records are absent. Information handling for those activities is explained in the Privacy Policy and the relevant clinical workflow. Clinical records needed for professional care are handled separately from the quiz.

7. Fees and manual payments

The Health Assessment is advertised at ₹499. Doctor Review costs ₹2,499, 90-Day Improvement ₹45,000 and Annual Membership ₹65,000; these prices include applicable taxes. Occupational Health fees are separately proposed. The Doctor Review baseline is separate from the 90-Day fee. Confirm the selected scope and additional costs before payment.

Payment is manual using official instructions. The 90-Day Program may be paid in full or as ₹22,500 before commencement and ₹22,500 before day 31. Annual Membership may be paid in full or as ₹25,000 before commencement, ₹20,000 before month 5 and ₹20,000 before month 9. Exact dates and late-payment arrangements follow the service confirmation and published detail page. Retain payment confirmation.

Laboratory tests, medicines and other third-party costs are not included unless the service confirmation expressly includes them. The scope and exclusions are explained before payment.

There is no automatic subscription renewal or recurring debit. A renewal requires a new agreement and payment.

8. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, missed appointments and refund requests are governed by our Refunds and Cancellation Policy → and the service-specific terms communicated before payment.

Please read that policy before paying. If it is unavailable or unclear, email contact@drgovindrathod.com for the applicable rules before proceeding.

These Terms do not create an additional blanket “no refunds” rule. Nothing in these Terms or a service policy excludes a remedy available under applicable law.

9. Programs, membership and renewal

Before enrollment, we confirm dates, scope and support arrangements. Daily coach support includes weekends and holidays. For enrolled participants, doctor and coach responses are within one hour during Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm IST, excluding Gujarat public holidays. Weekend check-ins follow the agreed schedule, without a one-hour promise. This is not continuous or emergency monitoring.

Once a program or membership begins, it cannot be paused, and its agreed duration continues to run. Choosing to stop participating does not automatically extend the end date or create a refund entitlement. You remain free to stop participating; cancellation and refund consequences are determined by the Refunds and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

The 90-Day Program expires at the end of its agreed 90-day period. Annual Membership expires at the end of its agreed 12-month period. Renewal requires a fresh agreement and payment; it is not automatic.

Attendance, activities and review arrangements are defined by the service confirmation. No unlimited consultations or unrestricted messaging are implied. Clinical safety concerns may require a revised care approach; any related service changes and financial consequences will be discussed.

10. Occupational Health engagements

A corporate engagement requires a separately agreed scope. General workforce cardio-metabolic support should not be assumed to include statutory examinations, fitness certification, Occupational Health Centre coverage or site-specific legal compliance work.

Corporate enquiries should contain administrative details rather than employee medical records. Individual clinical information is not provided to HR through the workforce cardio-metabolic support service. Any employer-level reporting is separately agreed and uses appropriate aggregate information. Any distinct statutory reporting duty requires its own reviewed scope and information notice.

11. Acceptable use and content

Do not impersonate another person, submit false or unauthorised records, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorised access or use the services unlawfully.

You may save your own quiz report and use website content for personal reference. Do not commercially reproduce our original content without permission or alter a report to misrepresent its source or findings. Your underlying personal information remains yours; no ownership of your health information is claimed by these Terms.

Third-party material and services remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

12. Availability and responsibility

Website access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity or technical failures. A quiz download may fail if the session or connection is interrupted. Contact us if an issue affects a paid service so that the appropriate next step can be arranged.

We remain responsible for professional services to the extent required by applicable law. These Terms do not excuse negligence, deficient service or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users should keep their own report copies, provide accurate information and follow appropriate clinical advice. These responsibilities do not remove the provider’s professional duties or statutory obligations.

13. Policy updates and service changes

We may update these Terms as services or requirements change. The effective date and version identify the applicable wording. Material changes affecting an existing paid engagement will be communicated rather than applied retrospectively without the required agreement.

The scope and policies provided when a paid service is agreed govern that engagement, subject to applicable law and any mutually agreed change.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. IST, excluding Gujarat public holidays.
Expected email response: Administrative enquiries: 12–48 hours; closures may extend this. Enrolled program/member support follows its separate stated arrangements. Neither window guarantees full clinical resolution or provides emergency care.

For a complaint, describe the issue and relevant service or payment reference. Avoid sending full medical records in the initial email; a suitable route can be provided if needed.

We aim to resolve concerns through communication wherever possible. You are not required to give up a statutory complaint or remedy while discussing the concern with us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, courts having competent jurisdiction in Jamnagar, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction over contractual disputes. This clause does not restrict access to a consumer commission, medical regulator or other forum where applicable law provides that right.
