When interpretation needs a conversation

Move from separate numbers to a clinical discussion.

Your history matters

Discuss relevant conditions, medicines, symptoms and the routines that shape your working life.

Your questions matter

Ask what the results mean together, which findings need attention and what remains uncertain.

Your next step matters

Receive a personalised plan, medication advice where appropriate and an agreed reassessment direction.

This is a combined interpretation and consultation service. There is no separate advanced-analysis upsell followed by a mandatory additional consultation purchase.

What ₹2,499 includes

Two consultations. Advanced analysis. A signed report.

Session 1: your history and testing plan

A video or phone consultation of up to 30 minutes to discuss your clinical context and advise the required advanced blood panel and other health data.

Testing and preparation instructions are discussed before you arrange the investigations.

Session 2: understand your report

After PDF delivery, one video or phone session of up to 30 minutes covers findings, the plan and all report-clarification questions within that session.

Prepare your questions in advance. A third consultation or further treatment review is not included.

Between these sessions, the doctor analyses the submitted reports and prepares the final signed PDF. Written email communication is used where required for the agreed review process; this is not unlimited email consultation.

The sequence

From quiz to a report you can discuss.

01

Complete the quiz

Finish the required 12-question quiz and download its result. Then email to request Doctor Review.

02

Confirm the service

Agree appointment details, manual payment and the clinical intake route before starting.

03

Attend the first session

Discuss your history and receive the doctor-advised testing and preparation instructions.

04

Submit current results

Ask for the designated clinical submission route and applicable privacy information, then provide the required panel, vitals and physical measurements.

05

Receive the signed PDF

The report is delivered within 24 hours after the doctor completes the review. Review completion and appointment dates are confirmed separately.

06

Discuss and clarify

Attend the second session after PDF delivery. Review the findings and plan, and raise your clarification questions.

Required preparation

A recent, consistent set of health information.

Same day. Within 15 days.

The required laboratory samples, vitals and physical measurements must be collected or measured on the same day. Submitted information must be no more than 15 days old when provided for the review.

Arrange the panel only after the doctor confirms what is needed. Include complete reports with dates, units and laboratory ranges.

Older reports may provide background, but they do not replace the required current panel.

Plan the testing day

Confirm that the laboratory can perform the advised panel and any timed sampling. Arrange the required BP and physical measurements for that same day.

Follow the specific preparation instructions given by the doctor and laboratory. Do not independently stop prescribed medicines or arrange a glucose-load test.

Laboratory fees are paid separately. Tell us before booking if you cannot meet the required data conditions.

The completed quiz is required; the ₹499 assessment is not a mandatory preceding purchase. Services are for adults aged 18 or older located in India.

Understand the calculations

Several indices. Clinical interpretation, not a single verdict.

The advanced report may include calculated measures such as HOMA-IR, HOMA-Beta, QUICKI, TyG, lipid-derived ratios or FIB-4 when suitable information is available and the measure is appropriate for your case.

These measures address different questions. They are not one overall score, a stand-alone diagnosis or a validated percentage probability of developing disease.

Methods, units, sample conditions, medicines and the clinical setting affect interpretation. A calculation is explained alongside the underlying results and history; it should not be used to choose treatment on its own.

Not every index is suitable for every patient. A measure may be omitted or its limitations stated when the required inputs or clinical conditions are unsuitable.

Care and communication boundaries

Know what is included—and what needs another arrangement.

Clinical care

Video, phone and written report analysis have limits. The doctor may recommend an examination, further evaluation or referral where remote care is insufficient.

Medication advice is given only where clinically appropriate. Continue existing prescribed treatment unless a physician advises a change.

No guaranteed cure, disease reversal or medication withdrawal is promised.

Communication

Doctor communication can be in English, Hindi or Gujarati. The written report is in English.

Prescriptions, where appropriate, are sent by email to the agreed address. Confirm that the address is correct and use it privately.

Additional clarification sessions and further treatment reviews are charged separately, with fees agreed before booking.

Not an emergency service. For urgent concerns, seek appropriate urgent medical care rather than waiting for an appointment, report or email reply.

Common questions

Before requesting Doctor Review.

Is the ₹499 assessment required first?

No. The 12-question quiz is required, but you may choose Doctor Review after the quiz without purchasing the ₹499 assessment.

How many consultations are included?

Two video or phone sessions, each up to 30 minutes. The first covers history and testing; the second follows PDF delivery and covers findings, the plan and report clarification. No third clarification session is included.

Are laboratory tests included in ₹2,499?

No. ₹2,499 includes taxes for the Doctor Review service, but laboratory testing fees are separate.

Can I use older results?

Older reports can provide history. The required advanced panel, vitals and physical measurements must be from the same day and no more than 15 days old when submitted.

When is my final report delivered?

Within 24 hours after the doctor completes the review. This is not a promise that the review or a consultation takes place within 24 hours of enquiry or payment.

Does the report guarantee a diagnosis or prescription?

No. Conclusions and prescriptions depend on sufficient clinical assessment. Additional evaluation or referral may be needed.

How do I send my health information?

Ask for the designated clinical submission route and its privacy information before sending records. Do not attach medical records to the initial administrative enquiry.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Email requests must meet the rules in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy, including at least 24 hours’ notice for appointments. Read the policy before payment.
