Occupational Health Services
Health support shaped
around working life.
Explore physician-led cardio-metabolic support for your workforce, with a defined scope, practical follow-up and clear boundaries for employee health information.
For employers, HR teams and occupational health teams. Availability and delivery arrangements are confirmed during discussion.
The workplace challenge
A health check is only a starting point.
Employees may have reports and measurements but still be unsure what matters or what to do next. Working hours, shift patterns, travel and meal routines can make follow-through difficult.
Scattered information
Different reports and measurements can be difficult to connect into a clear picture.
Advice that is hard to use
A plan needs to account for the employee’s actual work and daily routine.
Unclear follow-up
Responsibilities and next steps need to be explicit after screening or review.
Potential engagement areas
Start with the need. Define the support.
These are areas for a corporate scope discussion. They are not a list of automatically included or currently bookable services.
Workforce health education
Discuss educational sessions around cardio-metabolic health, understanding reports and practical routines.
Individual assessment pathways
Explore a defined route for employees to understand available information and seek appropriate physician review.
Structured follow-up
Discuss suitable improvement or maintenance support, with agreed review points and communication boundaries.
Group education does not replace individual clinical assessment. Personal care decisions remain within the clinical workflow.
Two different service scopes
Workforce support and statutory occupational health.
Workforce cardio-metabolic support
Education, assessment pathways and appropriate follow-up focused on the employee’s health needs and working routine.
The purpose, clinical responsibilities and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.
Statutory examinations and OHC work
These require a separate scope discussion. The service must be assessed against the site’s needs, applicable requirements and confirmed professional capability.
This page does not offer a statutory examination package, fitness certification or Occupational Health Centre coverage.
A corporate wellness engagement should not be assumed to fulfil a statutory occupational health requirement.
Employee confidentiality
Separate care from employer reporting.
Individual clinical information
Individual employee reports, medical history, quiz answers and clinical plans belong in the designated clinical care workflow. They are not provided to HR through this workforce support service.
Employees should receive clear information about participation, consent, how their information is used and how to ask questions.
Employer-level reporting
If included, agree an aggregate reporting format before the engagement starts. It should help evaluate the agreed service without identifying an employee’s health information.
Avoid small-group breakdowns or combinations that could reveal an individual. Employer reporting does not create access to patient records.
Before an engagement
Make the responsibilities concrete.
| Area | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Purpose and participation | Target audience, employee needs and participation arrangements. |
| Delivery | Location, format, schedule, group size and availability. |
| Clinical scope | Who reviews information, referral routes and follow-up responsibilities. |
| Deliverables | Sessions, individual outputs and any agreed aggregate reporting. |
| Information handling | Consent, clinical intake route and employer reporting boundaries. |
| Commercial terms | Fees, taxes, exclusions, laboratory costs and cancellation terms. |

Clarify existing health services, the proposed engagement and which responsibilities need separate arrangements.
Agree a proposal
Confirm deliverables, availability, clinical boundaries, reporting and fees before committing.
An enquiry is not a booking or confirmation of service availability.
Prepare your enquiry
Share the brief, not employee records.

- Work patterns or shift context.
- Main objective and existing support.

Keep the first enquiry simple
Do not upload employee reports, names linked to diagnoses, medical histories or other individual health information through the public contact channel.
A designated clinical intake route is agreed separately where individual care is part of the scope.
Request Corporate Consultation →Common questions
Before you enquire.
Is this only for large employers?
Share your workforce size and objective. Suitability, delivery format and availability are discussed individually; no minimum group size is promised here.
Can an individual employee use the assessment services?
Employees can explore the public assessment options directly. A corporate arrangement has its own agreed scope and does not automatically include those services.
Will HR receive individual employee health reports?
Individual clinical reports and health details are not provided to HR through this workforce support service. Any employer-level output is agreed separately and should use appropriate aggregate reporting.
Does this replace our Occupational Health Centre?
No replacement arrangement is offered by this page. OHC duties or statutory services require a separate scope, capability and applicable-requirements review.
Are laboratory tests or medical certificates included?
Do not assume these are included. Exact deliverables, laboratory exclusions and any separate service scope must be confirmed in the proposal.
Can you guarantee lower absenteeism or better health results?
No specific business or clinical outcome is guaranteed. Agree relevant measures and reporting before the engagement.
How are fees decided?
Fees depend on the confirmed scope, delivery arrangements and agreed deliverables. Request a corporate discussion for a proposal.

What does your workforce need?
Share a short administrative brief so we can discuss an appropriate scope.
Do not send individual employee health information with your enquiry.
