The 12-question quiz is required for all three routes. For Advanced Doctor Review, the latest doctor-advised advanced panel and other required health data are compulsory. The consultation sequence and testing arrangements are explained before booking.

Save your quiz PDF after completion. Do not rely on later retrieval; confirm the current quiz storage and access notice before submitting information.
Provide the quiz output and required intake only through the designated clinical route explained during booking, after reviewing the applicable privacy and consent information.
Existing reports and measurements
Older blood reports and health information are accepted. Interpretation is based on what you submit; old information does not establish your present health status.
Use recent health data for a more current picture. Include report dates and units, and dates for BP, weight, height and waist measurements where relevant.
The ₹499 assessment does not require everyone to obtain the advanced blood panel. That panel is part of the Advanced Doctor Review requirements.
Completion of the quiz does not mean every health domain has been assessed. Missing or dated information is described as a limitation, not assumed to be normal.

Is the free quiz compulsory?
Yes. The completed 12-question quiz sets the starting point for the ₹499 assessment and Advanced Doctor Review.
How is this different from the free quiz?
The free quiz is automatically calculated. The ₹499 assessment adds the doctor’s clinical judgment, interpretation, suggestions and next steps in a reviewed, verified and signed PDF.
Can I submit old blood reports?
Yes. The report is generated from the information supplied and reflects its dates. Use recent health data if you want a more current picture.
Do I need the advanced blood panel for ₹499?
No universal advanced-panel requirement is set for this entry assessment. The latest doctor-advised advanced panel is compulsory for Advanced Doctor Review, with laboratory costs paid separately.
Will the doctor change my medicines?
No. The ₹499 assessment provides interpretation and priorities only. Medication decisions require appropriate consultation through Doctor Review or your treating physician.
When will I receive the report?
Within 24 hours after payment verification and receipt of complete required intake. If information is incomplete, the delivery clock has not started.
What languages are available?
Assessment PDFs are provided in English. Doctor communication can be in English, Hindi or Gujarati within the relevant service scope.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Under the Refunds and Cancellation Policy, ordinary cancellation is refundable before physician review is completed and the signed report is generated. After report generation, no change-of-mind refund applies; statutory rights remain unaffected.
